About the job Instrument TechnicianResponsibilities

Execute and assist in coordinating discipline-related tasks in a safe, efficient, and effective manner to support smooth plant operations.
Provide supervision and guidance to new team members and contractors, ensuring proper work practices, knowledge transfer, and adherence to company standards.
Safeguard the integrity, reliability, and safety of the plant by following relevant work processes, company management systems, and statutory requirements.
Ensure strict compliance with company rules, policies, and guidelines while promoting a strong safety culture across all activities.
Support troubleshooting, inspections, and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence.

RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Science, Engineering, or Technology OR Certificate from INSTEP or equivalent qualification.Must possess valid OGSP and CIDB certifications (or equivalent).Preferably candidates with prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry.Strong technical knowledge with the ability to supervise, guide, and coordinate contractors or team members.Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to workplace safety.
