Description Process and audit travel and expense claims in compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with employees regarding discrepancies or missing information in claims. Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all transactions. Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any issues related to expense claims. Provide support for internal and external audits as required. Assist in creating reports and providing insights on expense trends. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial regulations and company standards. Utilize Japanese language skills to support Japanese-speaking employees and stakeholders. Profile A Successful T&E (Japanese Speaker) Should Have Proficiency in the English & Japanese(min JLPT N2) language, both written and spoken. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Min 1 year of experience in T&E/AP/P2P. Candidate from OTC/AR are welcomed to apply. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an added advantage Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
