Kitchen Assistant

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene practices.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions and standard recipes accurately.
• Positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and willingness to learn and support different kitchen sections.

• Food Preparation Support - Assist in ingredient preparation, mise-en-place, cooking, plating, and packaging while following recipes and portion standards.
• Cleaning & Hygiene Maintenance - Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations are clean, sanitized, and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Equipment Handling & Safety - Safely operate kitchen tools and machinery, report hazards or malfunctions, and maintain cleaning and sanitation supplies.
• Operational Assistance - Support kitchen setup, closing duties, inventory organization, and smooth service flow across all sections.
• Team Collaboration & Professionalism - Work closely with chefs and colleagues, maintaining a positive, professional, and cooperative attitude in all kitchen operations.
