Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Customs regulations for LMW and FIZ operations, including accurate documentation (Forms K1/K2). Maintain and submit customs declarations, permits, and licenses on time. Liaise with customs officers and regulatory bodies to resolve issues. Supervise changes in customs regulations and update internal procedures accordingly. Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and Third-Party Warehouse teams. Manage subcontracting logistics, ensuring compliance with GST/SST and customs duties. Assist with loading/unloading, sorting, and packaging merchandise and orders. Prepare and review shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Material Receivers. Implement and evaluate logistics policies, procedures, and system improvements. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of logistics or trade compliance experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings. Solid understanding of Malaysian Customs regulations, especially LMW and FIZ documentation and International Tariffs Implementations Proficiency in GTT and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office applications. Critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and time management. Certification in Customs or Trade Compliance is a plus. Familiarity with international shipping, HTS and Incoterms.
