  • Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of daily trades processing, settlements, monitoring of corporate actions, stock holdings reconciliation and portfolio valuation
  • Perform daily operations and reconciliation of treasury, fixed income securities, forward foreign exchange, derivative and corporate loan
  • Carry out Eagle Investment System operational activities. Perform and support Investment Book of Record (IBOR) and non-IBOR data services to ensure data quality as part of business-as-usual (BAU) activities
  • Participate and involve in system enhancements, UAT testing to prevent manual intervention as to improve operational efficiency
  • Assist in review department Policies and SOPs and audit requirement
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practice.

QualificationsThe Person:
  • Possess a recognised Degree in Accounting or Finance or Investment
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations or corporate actions
  • Knowledge in Bloomberg terminal usage, Eagle Investment Systems and Microsoft Excel VBA would be an added advantage
  • Experience in insurance industry an added advantage
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
