- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role; experience in event coordination is highly desirable.
- Interest and experience in branding and social media content creation is highly preferred.
- Energetic, positive, and cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly trustworthy, professional, and able to exercise discretion with confidential information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Malaysia as required.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Sales Manager, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Prepare and manage business documentation, including presentations, reports, and briefing materials to support management decision-making.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Country Sales Manager, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Plan and execute corporate events and meetings, including trainings, recognition activities, and business functions.
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, such as venue arrangements, speaker coordination, materials preparation, travel planning, and on-site execution.
- Track tasks and follow up on action items, proactively updating the Country Sales Manager on progress, deadlines, and supporting ad-hoc projects or special assignments.
