They specialize in providing comprehensive end-to-end supply chain solutions, including advanced packaging, precision engineering, and contract manufacturing for high-growth industries.Job SummaryThe Assistant Finance Manager will lead the finance department in overseeing full-spectrum accounting functions, ensuring rigorous financial controls, and managing statutory compliance. This role is pivotal in driving financial accuracy, managing cash flow efficiency, and spearheading the transition to digital compliance standards like e-Invoicing.Job ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Lead the preparation and timely submission of full sets of accounts, management reports, and consolidated financial statements.Strategic Planning: Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts while performing detailed variance analysis to guide business decisions.Compliance & Audit: Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure adherence to statutory requirements and tax regulations.Cash Flow & Credit: Optimize working capital through strategic fund management and rigorous oversight of credit control processes.Internal Controls: Evaluate and implement robust financial policies and operational controls to safeguard company assets and data integrity.Tax & e-Invoicing: Oversee full compliance with LHDN e-Invoice guidelines—including validation and system reconciliation—and manage SST submissions.Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate finance staff to ensure high performance and departmental efficiency.Ad-hoc Projects: Support the Group Financial Controller and CFO on special assignments and corporate exercises as required.RequirementsProfessional Qualification: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; professional certification (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred.Experience: At least 5–7 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in a supervisory or assistant management role.Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of MFRS, tax laws, and latest LHDN e-Invoicing mandates.Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership capabilities, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Attributes: High level of integrity, detail-oriented, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines.
