Responsibilities:Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Prepares correspondence, reports, etc. Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries. Schedules appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures. Classification into this job family requires the incumbent to report to a manager at the Senior Manager level or above, and to be performing the duties associated with this job family and the designated level.

Applies knowledge of the job and company policies to complete routine and non-routine assignments
Assignments require planning, judgment and creative problem solving
Assignments are complex in nature and deadlines are often narrow
