Description We are seeking a highly motivated International Business Development Manager to join our team in the Malaysia region. This role will focus on driving growth by building strong relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies in the SEA region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals. Develop and execute sales strategies targeting large-scale IT initiatives, including tenders, RFPs, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C Level members, procurement officers, and international organizations. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, finance) to customize IT solutions that meet stringent compliance and security standards. Conduct market intelligence on global IT trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in target regions (e.g., Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe). Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while managing a pipeline of high-value opportunities. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the SEA region. Strong experience in dealing (business-to-business) large scale IT projects. Strong track record dealing with higher officials, entities in international settings. Deep knowledge of IT sectors such as enterprise software, cybersecurity, data centers, or digital transformation. Fluency in English required; additional languages is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally (40-50%) and adapt to diverse cultural and regulatory environments. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
