The Assistant Branch Manager, plays a pivotal role in driving the branch’s business growth by leading sales development, recruitment, and adviser productivity initiatives. This role combines leadership, business development, and relationship management to deliver strong business performance and market expansion.Position Responsibilities:Lead branch business growth by achieving sales, AUM, and recruitment targets.Organize recruitment seminars, previews, and sales events to attract and develop quality advisers.Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and roadshows to increase business opportunities.Monitor sales and recruitment performance, providing coaching and support to leaders and advisers.Partner with the Regional Manager on strategic business development initiatives and market expansion efforts.Build and maintain strong business relationships with adviser to drive retention and long-term growth.Support adviser onboarding, activation, and compliance to ensure high productivity.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, investment advisory, or portfolio management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and team members.Preferred Qualifications:Proven track record in client relationship management, sales, or branch operations.Ability to execute branch operations, ensure compliance, and drive business growthWhen you join our team:We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.About Manulife and John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
