Location: Setia AlamResponsibilityTo organize and maintain the executive's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.Assist the Manager in business development, management planning and other related tasks including liaison with clients, stakeholders and key business partners.Organizing and attending meetings - ensuring managers are well prepared for meetings, minute/note taking, producing letters/documents.
