Senior Costing Analyst

• Lead and support strategic and tactical initiatives in areas such as commodities, supplier management, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and maintain cost tracking reports and forecasts to support sourcing decisions.
• Provide actionable recommendations to senior procurement leaders based on cost analysis.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure total cost productivity across the supply chain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience in a similar industry).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in cost modeling, reporting tools, and data analysis.

• Solid understanding of procurement principles and business operations.
• Ability to adapt processes and methods based on business needs and guidelines.
• Familiarity with company policies and sourcing procedures.

• Capable of resolving varied and complex issues using prior experience and analytical techniques.
• Comfortable initiating collaboration to address challenges and improve processes.
• Works independently with general guidance.

• Able to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in influencing and gaining alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Provides objective insights to support decision-making.

• Contributes to short-term team goals and supports medium-term strategic objectives.
