Sales Admin Executive

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma in related field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, preferably in beauty and skin care industry.
• Able to write and communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• This position is based at Shah Alam, HQ office.
• Proficient in SAP system.

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle customer feedbacks, provide necessary support in resolving the feedbacks by obtaining and evaluating relevant information.
• Process orders, applications and requests from dealers.
• Managing logistics flow and keep dealers posted on status.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Manage dealer's accounts and adhere to an indoor sales target.
• Travel to visit dealer's office as and when required.
• Eventing support when required.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.
