-Degree in Law with a valid Malaysian Bar Practising Certificate and a minimum of with min. 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/transactional law.
- Well-versed in handling M&A, commercial contracts, and corporate advisory matters.
- Familiarity with Personal Data Protection, Fintech, Intellectual Property (IP), and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) is an added advantage.
- Proven records in managing files and clients independently, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsKey Requirements
