As a Personal Assistant, your key responsibility is to support your direct superior in his day-to-day business consulting activities and personal errands. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the Director's daily and long-term calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel. Collaborate on creative tasks, such as designing materials and assisting in video shooting and editing, when required. Assist in the planning, filming, and editing of video content for various digital platforms, including social media and websites. Support the production of video content, from pre-production (planning, scripting) to post-production (editing, finalization). Assist in virtual event setup and preparation of presentation slides and other event materials during seminars and events. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining confidentiality. Assist in Director's personal and adhoc task when necessary. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in any field. Experience working in the field of travel / event / hospitality / digital media will be a plus point. Basic skill of graphic design and video editing will be added as an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Power Point, Word, etc.) Possess good multitasking and time-management skills, excellent self-discipline. Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and has a positive attitude. Willing to travel and work during the weekend (if needed). Working hour: Monday to Friday 9.30AM to 5.30PM, Saturday 9.30AM to 1.00PM
