Key Responsibilities:Coach DMs and BMs on team management, operational discipline, and SOP complianceProvide hands-on support in behavioural alignment and integrity reinforcementConduct developmental observation visits at stores and branchesFeedback on leadership gaps to RDU Head and HR for further development planningSupport OJT programs for new and existing DMs/BMsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.Minimum 4-6 years of experience in retail operations or middle management coaching, with exposure to SOP compliance and operational governance.Ability to coach middle management (DM/BM) on operational execution, SOP adherence, and team leadership.Strong observational and feedback skills.Collaborative with HR and Training Unit for OJT programs and leadership development.Knowledge of operational processes and integrity reinforcement methods.Hands-on, practical approach to coaching and mentoring.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Results-oriented with focus on behaviour change and operational excellence.
