Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-site coaching and leadership assessments for RMs and AMsProvide guidance on strategic decision-making, people management, and integrity standardsObserve leadership behaviour during store visits and regional operationsIdentify gaps in leadership effectiveness and recommend corrective development actionsCollaborate with HR and Training Unit on leadership development programsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail operations or leadership coaching, preferably with exposure to senior management coaching.Expertise in leadership coaching and assessment for senior management (RM/AM).Strong strategic thinking and people management skills.Ability to identify leadership gaps and recommend actionable development plans.Collaborative skills to work with HR and Training Unit on leadership programs.Confident, persuasive, and able to coach senior leaders effectively.High integrity and professionalism.Analytical and observant in assessing leadership behaviours.
