Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-site coaching and mentoring for ABMs and SupervisorsReinforce professional conduct, teamwork, and accountabilityObserve SOP execution and daily operational behaviour, provide immediate feedbackSupport Training Unit in OJT execution for frontline teamsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail operations or frontline leadership coaching.Ability to coach frontline leaders (ABM/Supervisors) on professional behaviour, SOP adherence, and work ethics.Strong mentoring and feedback skills to drive immediate behaviour improvement.Ability to collaborate with Training Unit to support OJT and development programs.Knowledge of daily store operations, team management, and compliance standards.Hands-on, approachable, and supportive coaching style.Observant, proactive, and detail-oriented.Focused on teamwork, accountability, and professional conduct
