Job Description:Review and Monitoring Reporting Progress which prepare by subordinateCollect, Analyze and summarize sales, net loss, expenses reportTrain , motivate and develop people within departmentLiaison with HQ Department & AM/DM to address issues facing by stores time to timeImprove department productivity through good people management skill.Ensure assignment, project are reviewed, completed & publish timelyCollect data for consolidation and analysisHighlight and escalate issues and risk to superior / managementMaintain good relationship with colleagues & other departmentsPerform sales analysis, study net loss, manpower & expenses monthlyPresent KPI reporting to HOD and Top Management if neededConduct Yearly staff evaluation for directly report staffAttend and participate in sales & retailing related meeting when neededCheck subordinate reporting update regularly for efficiency improvementEnsure Monthly report from HQ respective department received on time for analysisOther scope can be assigned from superior from time to timeJob Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.3-5 years' experience in retail, sales analysis, or team leadership.Strong analytical skills; able to collect, review, and summarize sales, net loss, and expense data.Experienced in supervising, training, and motivating teams.Excellent communication; able to work cross-functional teams.Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong leadership; leads by example and drives productivity.Able to prepare KPI reports and present to management.Detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable to additional tasks as required.
