Roles & Responsibilities: This position&aposs roles are the same as Clerk of Works (CoW) and Site Supervisor in the construction sector, focusing on the Property Developer area. To supervise and coordinate day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of work. To coordinate and liaise with main-contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction methods, standards, and local regulations in Malaysia. To monitor material usage and ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid disruption of site activities. Coordinate defect rectification works during project handover and close-out phase. To perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications Candidate to possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Construction Management/ Engineering / Building Surveying / Real Estate or relevant courses. At least 2-3 years of working experience in construction/ property development / building / consulting or other related fields. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
