The MIS IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the company's Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves system administration, data management, troubleshooting, and ensuring the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT and be skilled in problem-solving, with a focus on optimizing technology to meet business needs. Responsibilities: You are required to perform these job functions: Manage and maintain the company's MIS, including software updates, user account management, and system configurations. Ensure the reliability and performance of IT systems and applications. Provide technical support and assistance to the outlet's POS system, configure, and resolve hardware and application issues promptly. Monitor network performance and stability to ensure the level of availability of services to our POS system. Oversee the integrity and security of company data within the MIS. Perform regular backups, data recovery, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Address and resolve IT-related incidents in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to understand their MIS needs and develop or recommend system enhancements. Assist in the integration of new software solutions to improve business processes. Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect the company's data and systems. Ensure that all IT operations adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Participate in IT projects, including the implementation of new technologies, system upgrades, and process improvements. Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers as needed. Prioritizes incidents without escalation. Assist in the setup and configuration of any related projects. Knowledge in trouble shooting for Microsoft Office 365, CCTV administrator, LAN network cabling, router and Wi-Fi configuration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or MIS roles. Strong knowledge of database management, network administration, and IT security. Proficiency in MIS software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Certifications in relevant IT fields (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
