- Proficient in Communication (English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin)
- Minimum Education level Diploma in any disciplinary Or Above
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar industries / Sales industries/ b2b industries/Hospitality industries with solutions selling experience.
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to accept extra task for the benefit of the company
- Call warm leads and existing customers through phone and WhatsApp.
- Assess and understand customers' hiring needs.
- Recommend suitable packages while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and drive deals to closure.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Update and track sales progress in the CRM system.
