Job Summary The Assistant Manager Human Resources will support the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations and ensuring smooth HR management within the organization. This role requires strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, payroll processes, employee relations, and HR best practices Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process Oversee onboarding and confirmation process Support and monitor monthly payroll processing Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and company policies Maintain proper HR documentation and employee records Support performance management and training initiatives Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and HR analytics Assist in policy development and HR process improvement Lead employee engagement and welfare activities Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience (Assistant Manager level experience preferred) Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements Hands-on experience in payroll, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
