Sales Support Admin Executive

• At least 3 years of working experience in construction or related industries.
• Write and speak Languages English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese are highly appreciated.
• Candidate must processes Diploma in Business / Commerce study, Administration Management, Marketing, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of computer software ( Microsoft Works Excel ).
• Pleasant personality, honest, responsible, hardworking.

• Able to made appointment for superiors and promote new products.
• Performs sales supporting and administrative works, handling enquiries, quotation to customers, emails and planning for directors / sales team activities.
• To handle all sales activities, coordination with site operation, prepare claim & study main contract and sub-contractors contract, any other related matters, coordinate closely with other dept.
• Maintaining good working orders with all business associate and correspondence with record scheduling and coordinating all meeting / appointments / flight & travel arrangement.
• Perform others duties assigned and directed by Management.
