Position Details: Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Duration: 12-month with high opportunity of extension Experience Required: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Primary Skills: Scrum Master, Agile Implementation, Project Management Secondary Skills: Experience with Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow Position 1: Scrum Master (Agile Implementer) Position 2: Scrum Master/PM Key Responsibilities: Scrum Master Duties Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs. Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.). Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Project Management Duties Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Proven track record of leading Agile implementations across multiple teams. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
