- Execute standardized and repeatable activities across Customer Success and Project Management workstreams
- Prepare structured deliverables including project artifacts, status reports, meeting materials and customer success outputs based on approved templates
- Provide field consultants with accurate health, adoption, and project status data to support monitoring, adoption tracking and project execution
- Support project governance by maintaining timelines, milestone tracking and RAID artifacts within defined templates
- Maintain accurate system data and documentation to support reporting and defined customer success and project management metrics
- Follow established processes, templates and documentation standards to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
- Highlight missing inputs or blockers early through the defined intake and workflow process
- Flag opportunities to streamline templates, improve documentation clarity and strengthen execution consistency
- 2-4 years' experience in consulting support, project coordination, delivery support, customer success support, or similar execution-oriented roles
- Strong process discipline, attention to detail
- Ability to execute repeatable work to SLA adherence
- Experience with collaboration and PSA tools such as Jira, Confluence, Certinia, ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Understanding of software delivery models and customer lifecycle concepts
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to produce clean, customer-ready documentation even in a non-client-facing role
- Experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or Customer Success environments
- Familiarity with Sitecore products or the broader Sitecore ecosystem
- Exposure to structured delivery playbooks, standardized review processes or operational support models used in scaled services hubs
