Tanggungjawab
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding import/export shipments
  • Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and logistics providers
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to customers
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints or shipment issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence
