Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, risks, and non-compliance issues in the workplace.
Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on HSE matters, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives, and recommend improvements as needed.
Coordinate and participate in HSE training programs and workshops for employees to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities, incidents, inspections, and training.
Conduct incident investigations to determine root causes, prepare incident reports, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Liaise with relevant authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
Stay updated with new regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in HSE, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foster a positive HSE culture by promoting employee engagement, participation, and accountability in HSE initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma or certification on Safety related Qualification.
6+ years of experience in relevant field and Cleanroom/ Data Centre/ Industrial project experience is preferred.
Experience of working on major projects / within large programme management offices (PMO’s).
Ability to provide technical direction and creative vision to highly skilled teams.
Knowledgeable and experienced in Safety, Regulation, Environmental, Health and Security.
Passed the site safety supervisor examination managed by NIOSH or institution recognized by DOSH (JKKP), Green book or Yellow Book Holders.
