Responsible for service and technical support working together with dealers.
Equip dealers with excellent service quality via good set-up, technical knowledge, processes.
Train dealers' staff and develop quality service.
Consistent monitor and training of dealers for technical support via online or on-site training.
Excellent people and leadership skills interacting with trainers and dealers.Strong technical background in conducting technical courses.
Experience in the field of Mechanical, electrical or hydraulic engineering.
Fluent in Malay, Mandarin, English language and local dialect (e.g., Hokkien, Cantonese) to be able to communicate effectively.
Preferably experience in Material Handling equipment industries.
