Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Johor Baharu. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support and assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer service standards. The role involves interacting with customers through various channels, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company&aposs services.
