A Sneak Peek into the Role: The Senior Supply Chain & Operations Executive will oversee stock transfers, manage logistics and order fulfillment processes, and handle related administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics operations, order management, and supply chain principles. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 'What will you do' Manage inbound and outbound logistics involving suppliers, delivery partners, and retailers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery and distribution. Oversee the fulfillment of B2C and B2B orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. Coordinate and oversee stock counts and stock transfers from the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. Prepare and summarize monthly sales reports, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Handle invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing. Manage warranty claims processes, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in organizing events, such as points redemption fairs, to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives. 'What are we looking for' 2-3 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with hands-on experience in stock management, logistics, and order fulfillment. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in logistics software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A detail-oriented and meticulous individual Team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
