- Responsible for overall supply chain management. Identify and mitigate logistics risks to prevent disruption in the supply chain
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers and logistics partners. Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
- Track & analyze logistics performance metrics. Prepare weekly/monthly KPI report, monitor achievement status and risk.
- Addressing internal/external customer issues and complaints and strive for continuous improvements.
- Ensure adherence to trade regulations, custom compliance and internal policies.
- Possess at least bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- With 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment.
- Technical skills
- Proficiency in ERP (Preferably SAP)
- Experience with data analytics (Excel)
- Familiarity with custom regulation and trade compliance
- Soft skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain environment, managing multiple priorities.
