About the Role We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to support brand growth initiatives through campaign-driven and product-led solutions. This role will focus on translating business growth goals into scalable product and campaign strategies, and driving end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Partner closely with brand and business teams to understand growth objectives (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention) and translate them into clear product and campaign requirements Lead the planning and execution of growth and campaign-related product initiatives, including campaign mechanics, user journeys, and product solutions Own the end-to-end delivery of growth projects, coordinating with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery Analyze campaign and growth performance, conduct post-launch reviews, and continuously optimize product and campaign effectiveness Stay informed about growth trends, campaign mechanics, and industry best practices, and apply relevant insights to the business Requirements 3+ years of experience in growth, campaign, or related product roles, with proven success in growth or campaign initiatives Strong ability to translate business goals into structured product solutions and execution plans Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize insights and drive action Ability to independently own and deliver growth-related projects end to end Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese Experience working with brand-driven, platform-based, or high-frequency campaign products Experience in scaling growth initiatives or building growth solutions from scratch What We Offer Easy access to public transportation (LRT & KTM).
