- Plan and supervise the unit to ensure consistency in service delivery and transactions according to the expected timeline
- Ensure reports are checked timely
- Handle and resolve customer/agent enquiries within reasonable and expected timeframe
- Process policyholder’s application within authority/access given
- Review existing work procedures and workflow processes and suggest enhancements
- Review and update SOP documentations
- Participate and lead in New Product Support development and implementation projects
- Attend to auditors/BNM queries
- Ensure processes are adhered to the Business Recovery framework
- Any ad-hoc responsibilities as necessary
- Possess Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other related field(s)
- Professional qualifications i.e. AMII/ACII, FLI, Six Sigma either trained or certified Green Belt/Black Belt is an added advantage
- Has minimum 8-10 years of working experience, with 3-5 years’ experience in supervisory or managerial role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to translate business challenges into effective programme solutions
