- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent (Diploma preferred). Open to fresh graduates.
- Experience in customer service or retail sales is an advantage.
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication.
- Able to work on weekends.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, POS system, etc.)
- Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries
- Provide accurate product/service information to clients
- Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Support indoor sales conversions and upselling
- Maintain customer records and feedback logs
- Coordinate with therapists and internal teams for smooth service delivery
