Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.The M&E Facilities Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems within a facility to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and efficient building operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical SystemsOperate and maintain HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, MAH/RAH,GAH)Maintain pumps, compressors, cooling towers, and plumbing systemsPerform preventive maintenance for mechanical system such as Chillers, cooling tower, AHUs, FCUs, Condensor water pumps, Chilled water pumps and PCW pumps.Attend mechanical breakdowns and restore systems quicklyElectrical SystemsMaintain LT panels, MCC panels, UPS, and DG setsMonitor power distribution, lighting, and emergency power systemsCarry out basic electrical troubleshooting and fault findingGeneral M&E DutiesConduct routine Rounds & Readings (R&R) inspections and record parametersEnsure fire & life safety systems are functionalSkills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of M&E building servicesTroubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skillsBasic knowledge of Building Management System (BMS)Able to communicate fluently via walkie talkie to ROC team for equipment changeoversQualificationsDiploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC2–5 years of experience in M&E or Facilities ManagementRelevant safety certifications preferredCandidates must be available for face to face interviews at the Kulim office.Location:On-site –Kulim, MalaysiaAt JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
