Airbnb Homestay Operation Helper (Mandarin Speaker)

• Minimum education is Secondary School or higher.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
• Responsible and proactive with a positive work attitude.
• Possess basic repair skills and be able to handle simple issues independently.
• Have good time management skills and be able to complete daily tasks independently.
• Must have personal transportation (a car) for commuting between different properties.

• Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of Airbnb properties, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
• Perform basic repairs, such as changing light bulbs and fixing small furniture.
• Inspect the cleanliness of the property before and after guest check-ins and supervise the quality of work done by cleaning staff.
• Purchase daily consumables and repair tools as needed.
