Job Description: Monitor and manage student collections, refunds, and related revenue recognition processes. Ensure timely collection from facilities rental, ad-hoc projects, and other miscellaneous sources, including the issuance of invoices where applicable. Oversee and manage core accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger. Perform comprehensive reconciliations for various accounts, including bank, general ledger, and project accounts. Handle the full set of subsidiary accounts and prepare management accounts. Assist in month-end and year-end account closing processes and financial reporting. Track and manage WOU project accounts. Undertake ad-hoc financial reports and data analysis. Liaise with relevant departments for asset tagging and maintain the fixed assets listing. Assist in preparing schedules for annual audits and tax submissions. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance Diploma or Bachelor&aposs Degree in Finance/Accounting or its equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 4 years of working experience. A preference will be given to those with experience in accounting and at least 2 years in audit.
