Join the big family of THCO Malaysia.Primary RequirementHaving knowledge about cosmetics, skincare, hair care and perfumes.Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia.Having related background such as Business Management / Marketing / Publicity Relation.At least 2 years of experience in relevant industry.Responsible and work well in team.TanggungjawabStore OperationsOversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, and product displayEnsure visual merchandising is aligned with brand guidelinesMonitor stock availability and coordinate restocking with the operations teamMaintain overall store presentation and customer experienceTeam ManagementManage and supervise retail staff (scheduling, attendance, performance)Set daily and weekly sales targets for the teamTrain and coach staff on product knowledge and sales techniquesFoster a proactive and sales-driven team cultureSales PerformanceDrive overall store sales (GMV) and ensure targets are metImprove customer conversion rate and average order value (AOV)Lead by example in selling and customer engagementPromote key products and campaigns to maximize salesPromotions & EventsExecute in-store promotions and campaigns (clearance, new launches)Support and manage pop-up events when requiredEnsure all activities are focused on driving sales resultsReporting & AnalysisTrack store sales performance and identify improvement opportunitiesProvide feedback on fast-moving and slow-moving productsSuggest actions to improve sales and reduce unsold inventoryManfaat
