Job Type: Full TimeJob Summary:A Sales Manager (Facilities Management) is responsible for leading the sales function for facility management services including building maintenance, cleaning services, security, landscaping, and technical maintenance. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, expanding the client base, managing key accounts, and ensuring the sales team achieves revenue targets while supporting the company's business growth.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's facilities management services across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients such as offices, shopping malls, hospitals, factories, and residential developments.
  • Lead and manage the sales process including client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closing of service contracts.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of service proposals, tenders, and quotations based on client requirements and operational scope.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and pipeline activities to ensure the team achieves monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, technical, and facilities teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual agreements.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team while identifying opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
