Manage and optimize the calendar, priorities, and high-stakes scheduling across multiple projects.
Act as the key liaison between the Head of Department, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and zero drop-offs.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and business updates for meetings.
Handle confidential matters, urgent requests, and ad-hoc tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree with 2–5 years experience as a PA in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
Strong communication, critical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working with tight timeless and handling urgent requested when required.
