Responsibilities Monitor and control inventory integrity, product identification, and location programs; research inventory discrepancies and make necessary corrections; manage the inventory control function at the site. Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, and reconciliations; track and report non-conforming products; resolve inventory problems promptly; document and control aged, scrap, and damaged products. Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management and clients; coordinate and integrate efforts across operations departments to enhance inventory accuracy. Pass the Stock Picker (SP) certification test and handle the unit on a daily basis. Initiate actions to prevent non-conformities related to product, process, and quality systems; recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify implementation of solutions. Qualifications Degree or Diploma holder in relevant disciplines. Minimum 3-5 years of Inventory management in the same industry Knowledge of warehouse management systems and SAP would be an advantage. Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills. Stock Picker or Forklift license are an advantage but not required.
