- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management
- Manage the company's cash flow, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of expenses and revenues
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Monitor and manage the company's investments and assets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing financial support and guidance as needed
- Mentor and develop the finance team, providing training and support to ensure their professional growth and development
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in the construction or property development industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
