Assist the Senior Construction Manager in managing site activities across CSA and MEP scopes.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of works.
Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
Review and verify technical drawings, method statements, and shop drawings.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Support testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems.
Track and manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
Facilitate cross-discipline coordination to resolve site issues and avoid delays.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
10 - 15 years of experience in construction management, with exposure to both CSA and MEP scopes.
Experience in data center, advanced manufacturing, or commercial projects is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction safety, QA/QC procedures, and local building codes.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
