Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in BPO or banking/financial industry.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and problem solving skills.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with banking processes, compliance standards, or KYC procedures will be an added advantage.
Flexible to work on rotational shifts (if required).

Tanggungjawab

Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails.
Guide customers on digital banking and self-service options.
Perform transaction confirmations and request supporting documents when needed.
Clarify issues, provide solutions, and perform basic KYC tasks.
Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.
