- University Degree, preferably in Commerce, Accounting & Management or any other Accounting qualification.
- Finance / Accounting major and certified, e.g. ACCA/ CPA.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and revenue accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
- Experience with hotel PMS/finance systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, SunSystems, or similar) is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Flexible in relation to working hours, especially at month and year-end.
