As a Hub Accountant, Responsible for general accounting operations in areas of assigned legal entity(s) and portfolio by direct superiorYour tasks and responsibilities:

You will be responsible In the respective area of responsibility delivers closing and reporting services of Australia company in accordance with company regulations and guidelines in P58 system.
You will assist on doing program testing in P58 when necessary.
You will keep abreast of changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards. In the respective area of responsibility delivers closing and reporting services of assigned companies in accordance with company regulations and guidelines in P58 system.
You will attend to queries from customers relating to financial processes, investigate and ensure closure.
You will be responsible for maintenance of PC/CC, Product Hierarchies, Activity Types and Prices of the assigned entities.
You will assist on items clearing or financial data cleansing when required.
You will be responsible for compliance with Siemens FRG, accounting instructions, closing guidelines etc.
You will implement accounting guidelines and policy updates/changes and timely communication of information.
You will be responsible for conducting accounting trainings and refresher courses to ensure quality knowledge in organization.
You will address accounting queries, preparation of accounting memo and review of journal vouchers.
You will be responsible for content review and analysis of financial statements, timely alignment with management and business.
You will ensure completeness of monthly and quarterly closing activities and requirements, timely delivery of financials Esprit and Ad star.
You will coordinate external and internal financial audits and support related queries and preparation of audit schedules and information.
You will ensure operations service quality, timeliness and effectiveness.
You will support digitalization initiatives and improvements in accounting processes and procedures and implement global initiatives.
You will execute internal controls in operations and support the implementation of measures to remediate deficiencies.
You will contribute to teams collaboration and communication, high performance culture.

Min 5 years working experience in financial audits
Degree in Accounting, professional accounting qualification. ACCA Certified candidates preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the FI/CO module in SAP.
Experience in working in a multi-national environment
