You will be responsible as Hub Process Owner (HPO) role HR & TE and responsible for leading accounting governance on employee related GL accounts in assigned legal entity(s) and portfolio by direct superior.Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for Compliance of Financial Reporting Guidelines, Implementation Guidelines, Chart of Accounts, accounting instructions, closing guidelines and all.
You will be the first contact point on process, information, requirements and analysis of HPO topics.
You will establish process documentation HPO topics, provide updates/changes and timely communication to users.
You will be responsible for analysis and enrichment of change request HPO topics.
You will conduct accounting training courses and refresher courses to ensure quality knowledge in organization.
You will be responsible for addressing accounting and audit queries, preparation of audit schedules and information on employee related GL accounts.
You will be responsible for content review and analysis of employee related GL accounts, and timely alignment with stakeholders.
You will be proactive to ensure process optimization, operations service quality, timeliness and effectiveness.
You will support digitalization initiatives and improvements in accounting processes and procedures and implement global initiatives.
You will execute internal controls in operations and support the implementation of measures to remediate deficiencies.
You will contribute to teams' collaboration and communication, high performance culture.

ACCA certified candidates preferred.· 4+ years of work experience with Big 4 companies.· Strong technical accounting background and knowledge on various Siemens related accounting, finance and reporting methodologies andYour attributes and skills:

In depth SAP FICO knowledge, experiences with interfaces with HR systems
