Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound including inventory & manpowerAssist in manpower planning based on the daily, weekly & monthly stock forecastAssist in warehouse future expansion i.e. location, manpower & transportationCoordinate between e-commerce commercial team, logistic & sales teamPerform any other functions or ad hoc project assignedRequirements:Possessed at least Bachelor's Degree in related to Supply Chain (Warehousing & Logistics)At least 3 years on operations experience in warehousing, preferably e-commerce warehousing.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related processes (inbound, replenishment, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and manifest creation) is crucial.Knowledge of inventory control procedures, cycle counts, and stock take processes is required.Understanding of safety procedures and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations.Ability to manage a team and coordinate with other departments.Possess drive and initiative, constantly seeking new way of doing things to make continuous improvements.Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to communicate with all levels
