Online BusinessManage online sales in all digital sales channels.Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing.Ensure accurate, complete and timely execution of all configuration and administration relating to merchandising, product catalogues, campaigns and customers.Activates the right business drivers by drawing conclusions from specific eCommerce KPI's2. Front-EndManage digital content and web assets to provide the best customer journey experience.Work closely with the technology team to improve usability, design, content and conversion of the online site; formulate plans to adjust / improve where necessary for maximum gains.Manage vendors and technical teams to build and deliver the digital assets strategic roadmap in time and within budget.3. OperationDevelop and implement customer-centric omnichannel retail experience for .Adapts strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverages best practices across geographiesDevelop actionable project schedules - clearly identifying: key milestones, deliverables, outcomes, dependencies, effort/durations, resources.Coordinate the processing and delivery of online orders, payments, refunds and customer tickets.Continuously optimize the e-commerce channel operation and performance.4. ReportingDevelop weekly/monthly merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targetsProvide business analysis and insights on appropriate product selection for the market on and all marketplaces with MR DIY stores.5. KPIsAccountable for GMV, profitability, web traffic, CVR, AOV, OOS rate, ROAS for digital ads.Requirements:Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science, eCommerce or any related field of study.Minimum 5 years of eCommerce, managing digital projects (eg : website, marketing campaigns, e-commerce, social, mobile, etc) within B2C, retail, consumer goods is an added advantage.In-depth understanding of eCommerce solutions and business processes, knowledge of Magento is a plus.Strong understanding in Google Analytics is required.Strong project management and organizational skills - must be a self-starter.Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to work and build relationships with multicultural and cross functional teams at different levels of an organization.
